Who we are

Method FBA is an Amazon FBA training and mentoring site based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at support@methodfba.com or through the contact form.

What we collect

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage (pages viewed, traffic sources, broad geography). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not collect names, payment data, or personally identifying information through analytics.

If you submit the lead-magnet form, we collect your first name and email address, plus the page you signed up on and your country (taken from your connection, not your IP address, which we do not store). We use them to give you the Launch Framework and to send occasional related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. This data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and is not shared with any other third party.

If you submit the mentoring application, we collect the information you provide on the form to evaluate fit.

Stripe processes all payments. We never see card details.

Cookies

We use a single first-party preference cookie to remember your consent choice. We use Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) only if you accept analytics. We do not use advertising cookies unless you accept all.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email support@methodfba.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Updates

We will update this policy if our practices change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
